Chimera is managed by FIDAC. We benefit from the personnel, infrastructure, relationships, and experience of our Manager to enhance the growth of our business. We have no employees other than our officers: Matthew Lambiase , President and Chief Executive Officer; Christian J. Woschenko , Head of Investments; William B. Dyer , Head of Underwriting and A. Alexandra Denahan, Chief Financial Officer. Our officers do not receive cash compensation from us. Each of our officers is also an employee at FIDAC.
